What does our PALS class offer?

  • Perform prompt, high-quality BLS including prioritizing early chest compressions and integrating early automated external defibrillator (AED) use involving to infants and children
  • Recognize bradycardias and tachycardias that may result in cardiac arrest
  • Recognize and execute early interventions for respiratory distress and/or failure, and the treatment of shock
  • Apply team dynamics
  • Post-cardiac arrest management and care (airway management and pharmacology)
  • Combined video-based, hands-on teaching in a fun, stress-free environment
  • Complimentary snacks and drinks.

Who takes this class?

  • Healthcare Providers who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies involving to infants and children
  • Personnel in Emergency Response to infants and children
